Jane is the founder and Fitness Director with over 25 years in health and fitness. Her knowledge and experience are the driving force behind the team at Fitness Energy.
Her skills include: high performance, strength and conditioning, junior development and run coaching. She is a committed runner, completing many events ranging from 5-150km!
She is also the founder of the Ultimate Treadmill Challenge which has raised in excess of $350,000 for various charities.

Meet the Team
Stuart holds a degree in Physical Education and also works as a PE/Maths secondary teacher.
Stu is a talented footballer and is also part of the coaching team at Norwood Football Club.
Lauren holds a Masters in Physiotherapy and shares her time between her physiotherapy role at a rehabilitation hospital and trainer at Fitness Energy.
She is a talented runner and also loves horse riding.
Mollie holds a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and is an accredited exercise physiologist and personal trainer. She is committed to wellness and loves yoga, pilates and her Labrador!
Matt is currently studying Exercise Science and Business and is an accredited personal trainer. Matt is a talented wakeboarder, waterskier and plays basketball. He also enjoys snowboarding.
Tim is currently studying Exercise Science and Business and is an accredited personal trainer. He is a talented soccer player and enjoys surfing.
Liam is currently undertaking his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and is currently the Rehabilitation coordinator at Eastern Ranges football club. Outside of work he enjoys rock climbing and is a talented high diver.
